Lead guide and instructor, Geoffrey Wade, started Trident Elite Diving with one goal- creating elite divers.
Geoffrey started his dive journey in 1994, getting his open water certification right here in South Florida. His enthusiasm for the sport brought him through the ranks. He spent several years heading up the Public Safety Dive Program for one of South Florida's largest Fire Rescue departments, certifying hundreds of first responders to be safe dive rescue professionals.
He also continues to work as a Fire Rescue Captain and has over 20 years of experience as a firefighter/paramedic.
He's now shifted his focus to recreational diving with a passion for helping divers develop the confidence, knowledge, and skills to explore the underwater world safely and responsibly.

1994 – Earned Open Water Diver certification, followed by Advanced Open Water, beginning a lifelong passion for diving.

2012 – Achieved the Divemaster rating, expanding leadership and mentoring skills underwater.

2015 – Became a Scuba Instructor, dedicated to training divers with an emphasis on safety, confidence, and real-world skills.

2020–2023 – Served as Dive Coordinator for PBC Fire Rescue, overseeing dive operations, coordinating training, and supporting public safety diving missions.
